Routine service appointment for my Escape. Fast and friendly employees to deal with. I will say the service department seems understaffed, however Adam was very prompt and professional. This was my first attempt to utilize Fucillo Ford for service. I brought the car in early for my service appointment. I told the representative that the a/c compressor was not running. The service reps seemed to be new and untrained in dealing with service customers. I was not called and given an update on my vehicle that day. I came to the dealership near 5 p.m. and was told that the car was not ready. I left and called the next morning, and I was told that the issue is a wiring problem and that Ford was going to be contacted for guidance. I received a call later that day (day 2 at the service center) and was told that the issue is the compressor, and they are on backorder till the end of August. The service rep. offered to check on alternative sources for the compressor and call me back "in a few minutes", but he never called me back. I finally called back after several hours, and I was told that no alternate source for the compressor could be found. I told the rep. that I would come and get the car. I arrived at the service dept. prior to 6 p.m., but no one was at the desk. I searched inside the showroom and was directed to the cashier, who checked me out, but she asked for and processed my credit card without telling me how much the total amount being charged, which is not good business practice. I should have been given the invoice to examine prior to paying. I paid for a diagnostic exam of the a/c system that apparently included "EVAP and RE-CHARGE," when that was unnecessary. I feel that cost of the servicing of the a/c should be deducted from the cost of replacing the compressor. I also feel that the service reps should have made more of an effort to concisely inform me of my vehicle's status without me having to call and ask again and again about my vehicle. More

Fuccillo Service had my car for almost 3 months and finally fixed it. They quoted me $750.00 for a new engine control module. I have not heard from them for 2 1/2 months about what is going on. I calle finally fixed it. They quoted me $750.00 for a new engine control module. I have not heard from them for 2 1/2 months about what is going on. I called last week and was told they would get back to me with what was wrong and how much. I informed them that I was already told what was wrong and how much. Then the next say they told me id was a loose or broken wire and it takes time to find and fix it. The following day I was told it was a fuse and that it would not be in till Monday 8/2/21. I pick up the car and was told that it was know $1500.00. I informed them that I was not paying that because no one has call me in 2 1/2 months. Adam Dion the service manage said then he was going to charge me $40/ day for the car they loaned me. But again I said I was not paying it. Adam then said fine but don't ever bring my car back to them. This has also happen to my daughter at Fuccillo KIA. It took the 4 monthe to fix her car and I had to tell what was wrong with it. When the fixed the engine they also did not tighten the engine bolts. When I informed them of this they only said "SORRY". More

Service team was very professional and courteous. The only problem was that I didn’t read the work preformed until after I left the dealership and realized that the service I received was not what I was only problem was that I didn’t read the work preformed until after I left the dealership and realized that the service I received was not what I was expecting. It was my first service with the new truck and wanted the 10000 mile service and all I got was an oil change and the multipoint inspection. Nothing else was completed including tire rotation. I was able to make a same day appointment after hearing what I thought was a metal on metal sound. Turned out to be a stone wedged in the breaks from my road.
