My company work van has been there since July you guys went through shift of management and when I called to check on the van they thought we traded it in!! I called the next day (Saturday) to make an appointment for Sunday to see the car at 12:30 and to confirm the price again. All looked good. We arrive at lot and look around, unable top find the car. I asked a salesperson who told me, "they put it somewhere special, so it wouldn't sell." I also confirmed the price AGAIN. It was in the garage WITHOUT a battery. Still hoping to for a successful transaction, we looked over the car and agreed to come back once the battery was in it. We were so confident that we were going to buy the car, we even started the paperwork. As we were about to leave, our salesperson went let his manager "know what was going on.' When he came back, the price had suddenly JUMPED $900. I had confirmed the price THREE times before this. We told them that we were only interested in the car at the original price. He came back with an offer of $250 off, so we walked. I checked CARFAX later that night and CONFIRMED that they had changed the price THE DAY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO COME IN. So, I went to an appointment and saw a car that DID NOT RUN and they hiked the price up. Would NEVER purchase a car from this dealership and have let everyone I know about this horrible experience. **Also, the one salesperson called the other salesperson a "little crazy." I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. More
I’ve been dealing with this dealership for many years and find it to be the best around. I just recently leased a new vehicle and had a very good experience doing it.
