3 hour wait with appt Had appt arrived early took 3 hours for oil change, inspection one new tire which I called and ordered a week prior. I had a flat with donut on car. Balanced and rotated tires. 3 hours seems quite a long time especially since I specifically asked and was told maybe an hour which seems reasonable. The stunner was when I went to leave and looked in the trunk and found the service man had just tossed the donut in the trunk on various items with out too much regard. I showed the service desk and he put the donut in its proper place and apologized. You can do better than this. 2015 Lincoln nice car I bought from you. Granted it was a free oil changed and inspection for me, I'm sure the sales department was charged, but kind of left a bad taste especially in a brand new facility. Thanks for listening More
