Worst customer service ever. Waited 3 hours for an oil change and inspection and I had an appointment. Was told one price before I made the appointment and then when I got there they wanted to charge a hi change and inspection and I had an appointment. Was told one price before I made the appointment and then when I got there they wanted to charge a higher price. They said I needed an air filter they showed it to me and I agreed. Asked them how much they said $22 for the filter and $60 to install it. They already had the cover off and all they had to do was drop the new one in. I bought the filter and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I used to think the service department was great but after this visit I feel they lie and try to cheat you out of as much money as they can. They don’t even have their service prices listed anywhere. I would caution anyone who wants to go there. More

Dropped my Ford Edge off 45 days ago, engine warranty recall. Today, they told me nobody has even looked at the car, and won't for another two weeks. In 45 days I called maybe 6 times for status. Alwa recall. Today, they told me nobody has even looked at the car, and won't for another two weeks. In 45 days I called maybe 6 times for status. Always told same thing, guy that I turned it into doesn't work there anymore, and it'll take weeks to get an assessment. Stay clear of this place. More

First time owning a ford. Love the truck. Unfortunately the service department at Fuccillo ford of East Greenbush, seems under trained and miss managed. This degrades the experience of having a vehicle with a warranty if this is your dealer. Brought my truck in (2nd time) for transmission shift quality issues (happens when towing) Fuccillo Had the truck for 4 business days and “could not replicate“ , no codes, so nothing was done. I ask the service manager if the tech had at least reset the adaptive shift tables?, because this the second time this truck has been here for the same thing. It’s generally one of the first things a tech should do on a high adaptive learning transmission, when a vehicle/client keeps coming in for the same complaint/concern or before a transmission is opened up. He had no idea and didn’t seem to care. Also note: No one from service contacted me to let me know my truck was done. It wasn’t till when one of the girls there contacted me to ask “how my experience was?” But my truck was still there......for 4 days.... hopefully someone there will use review to make improvements for the sake of others. :/ More

I can count on the Fuccillo Ford Service Dept to do the right thing. They ordered all recall parts and waited until they were delivered to schedule my appointment to do the work. They processed my truck right thing. They ordered all recall parts and waited until they were delivered to schedule my appointment to do the work. They processed my truck with no unnecessary exposures and delivered it with the same care and respect for our well-being. We will continue to rely on Fuccillo Ford for all our vehicle needs. More
