Funny thing happened on my way to getting my alternator replaced on my beloved 07 GT Mustang, after calling pep boys and the local mr fix it for quotes I called Fuccilo for a quote, and it was in line with replaced on my beloved 07 GT Mustang, after calling pep boys and the local mr fix it for quotes I called Fuccilo for a quote, and it was in line with the others, so why not enjoy the dealer experience? My car war repaired quick and w extras that made the difference. Next time I will call Fuccilo first! 5 stars! More
If I could do a negative rating I would!! I bought a car one month ago YES ONE KONTH NO HEAT, hole in windshield washer fluid ok well that’s fine just get a service appointment right.... WRONG... 3 times yep 3 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BUT A RUN AROUND!!!! My fiancé has gone the last 2 times I didn’t like that nothing was done the second time so I called the service manager the person I spoke to said he will call you right back when he gets to his desk.... well 3 messages later STILL WAITING...so I moved my work schedule around to go drop the car off today well low and behold NOTHING DONE AGAIN!!! No one there to authorize a loner car but they need my car for a few days and they KNEW this!! So once again I’m driving a car in the middle of snow storms with no heat and no windshield washer fluid have you tried that with all the salt on the road?? Horrible customer service!!! And guess how it was left... um call us next week maybe someone will be here that can approve a loner because no one communicates so I really don’t know when the person will be back. I will be bringing my car elsewhere after they finally fix what they need to fix I will be contacting the BBB!!! More

The dealership was extremely clean and all staff were covid mindful. Truly a trustworthy dealership. This purchase was my 2nd new car from them. After sending me three different text messages confirming my appointment time for 10 AM I showed up at 10 AM and waited until 1045 until my vehicle was taken in for the New York State inspection. Didn’t seem my appointment time for 10 AM I showed up at 10 AM and waited until 1045 until my vehicle was taken in for the New York State inspection. Didn’t seem real fair to me. All of the human interaction was very professional but no one ever explained to me why I waited 45 extra minutes for an appointment that had to be scheduled. Documentation left in the vehicle informed me that all vehicles were cleaned as part of the package, mine was not! More
