Very bad service. I brought vehicle to service to check up engine light is on after a week of my purchase.Service department representative personnel doesn't even know what the problems are, they held my up engine light is on after a week of my purchase.Service department representative personnel doesn't even know what the problems are, they held my vehicle for 3months to figure it out why the engine check up light is on. They sent vehicle to the other garage to repair, I asked to service rep. to call other garage to find out when it will be done and he said he wouldn't want to call, very bad, I didn't respond to this survey text messages but this is the 4th time they want my opinion that is why I am sending the message, And I called 3times left messages to general manager who sold van to me he didn't even call me back to explain what is going on.I do not suggest bringing your car here for service. More

As a follow up to an earlier review a few months ago, my vehicle covered by a Ford warranty still has not been serviced, or even looked at. They've had it on the lot off and on, collectively, for over 60 d vehicle covered by a Ford warranty still has not been serviced, or even looked at. They've had it on the lot off and on, collectively, for over 60 days. Their employees keep saying they're new, and also blame Covid. The combination of incompetence and dishonest practices, while being local to these folks I would think, also gives the impression that Ford warranties and commitments are not honored. I would steer clear of this establishment. More
