This is new and elegant building. The service reception handled by Barry was excellent. He offered me a good discount on expensive rear rotors and pads. I was offered a shuttle to and from work. Everyone I interfaced with on that day was outstanding. The service department was not anything special and was uneventful, two oil change visits in 2018. Then on April 18 2019 I pulled into the only spot left in the service parking area at 09:50 am for 10 am appointment, when the service department manager ran out of the building screaming at me “that parking spot is for service customers only”, I said I’m here for a 10 am service appointment he said “he didn't care, move it, he is parking his car there”, I said really, he screamed “get out of here” I did, I guess he got his parking spot, I left and parked in the drug store parking lot down the street. I then called the service department number, and my call went to voice mail, I left a message and never received a call back. I left and never went back and never will. I would buy from Fuccillo Ford sales again if they had a vehicle on the lot I wanted because the sales experience was easy, fair and fast but the service manager does not want the additional business and what better way to reduce the work load and get out of doing work than yell at customers to "get out of here" when they arrive for a scheduled service appointment. That being honestly said, I would buy from Fuccillo Ford again but I would go to another Ford dealer for service because in my opinion the service manager is a prima donna. This is exactly how it happened, I’ll don't understand why Mr Fuccillo allows his employees to treat customers like that or allow them to turn away business for employee self imposed entitlement. A Service manager screaming at customers over a parking spot, unbelievable he is allowed to do that. More
