My vehicle is still under warranty and service department did everything possible to not honor warranty, I paid around $600 dollars for a rental because service department had my truck for over a week for a did everything possible to not honor warranty, I paid around $600 dollars for a rental because service department had my truck for over a week for a fuel pump the customer service is terrible telling me my brake fluid should be a bright yellow and my alignment was off just to get money out me uncomfortable to say the least unprofessional at best, then they tried charging my son $670 dollars the cost of the warranty parts and labor so the rep said he didn’t know until my son called me and then he suddenly remembered, I will never by another vehicle from there again and as far as offering me a rental vehicle the service department said it’s my responsibility what a joke, I also had a deductible which was $100 dollars altogether I paid almost $1000 dollars to have my vehicle fixed from an extended warranty, that should have cost me nothing except for deductible!!!! Worst service center ever!! Training on how to talk and treat customers should be required! Helping customers out should be #1 not trying to milk them for money!! More

Service was good, they walked me around the truckk to explain what they would be looking at for it's 15000 Mile service check.
