I always panic when something goes wrong with my vehicle and insist on bringing it in immediately they never give me a hard time or make me make appointments they just get me in going on 3 years I’ve been doing business I brought my edge and I’ve been a happy customer since. Thinking about upgrading soon so I will be in for that soon. More

The young man who greeted me and went through the paperwork was aces. He explained what the service department was going to do to get new key set up. Service writer was inattentive and dismissive. I went in with a coupon for service (oil change) which was not honored on the invoice. Had to go back a second time to have them hopefully mail me a check for with a coupon for service (oil change) which was not honored on the invoice. Had to go back a second time to have them hopefully mail me a check for the difference. The second service writer was more attentive. Parts were not ordered for one of my two recalls when I arrived, even though I was called to come in as if they were ready to do all the work. Then they wanted to put in an advanced style of new battery that is not required for my older car. This would have cost over double what a standard battery would cost that would be more than adequate for my vehicle. The only positive is that they gave me a ride to and from my house which I appreciated. They did that both times as my recalls required two appointments since they didn’t have all the parts when they called me in the first time. Basically I’m not impressed and won’t be going back if I can avoid it. More
