Wow, I have never experienced such professional and thorough service as I just experienced at this ford dealership! Adam , the service manager is truly a person I would be proud to have representin thorough service as I just experienced at this ford dealership! Adam , the service manager is truly a person I would be proud to have representing my business. This well-mannered, knowledgeable and patient guy has a work ethic that is rare! I was recently Rear-ended while sitting at a light in my 1994 Ford pick up truck. After the impact, My truck was veering to the left so much I couldn't drive it. I first took it to DePaula in Albany. (Please don't ever take your car there, they insisted that getting rear ended couldn't cause such a problem.) I had my car towed right out of there to Fuccillo. I explained to Adam what happened and he listened, Truly Listened! He explained to me that the impact most likely knocked my truck severely out of alignment. AND HE WAS SO RIGHT. I left the truck there and Adam and the mechanics in his shop test drove the truck and really inspected the situation. While my truck was at Fuccillo anytime I called I was directed to service with kindness , and the gentleman at the service desk ( I think his name was Kevin let me know exactly what was happening with my truck). Adam, the service manager called me personally and explained to me what my truck needed and exactly what was wrong with it. Of course it was out of alignment as he first suggested. Adam also found a couple of other issues with the truck and discussed my best and most affordable options. They fixed the truck perfectly. Honestly, this dealership is like walking into the Twilight Zone, the people there are so kind. I was sad to hear recently that Billy Fuccillo had passed away. Anyone who lives in Upstate New York knows his commercials, and most likely got his slogan "It's Huge" stuck in their head at least once. I just want to say Billy Fuccillo would be proud of this Dealership and the people who work there. I'm sure he is looking down at Adam and his mechanics with a big thumbs UP! More
I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told I would be called to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. During that encounter, Mr. Sheehan joked that I probably needed new would be called to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. During that encounter, Mr. Sheehan joked that I probably needed new rotors and brake pads. And that would be because I was a bad driver. And I was a bad driver because I was a female. He and another customer had a good laugh over that. The next day I received no phone calls and it 1:30 had to call. Mr. Sheehan said the paperwork wasn’t brought up yet and he would go get it and call me right back. An hour and a half later I had to call them again. Then I was told I needed new rotors and brake pads. My vehicle only has 13,000 miles on it. He also spelled my name wrong, did not get my address, and was not going to apply the coupon I gave him the night before. I had to remind him of that. More
Got everything done on my car with the recalls. Asked for other stuff to be done and they did that for me no problem. The service was excellent but the company does needs to have parts available of they are other stuff to be done and they did that for me no problem. Took 3 attempts for recall as tech didn’t check their work. Camera view upside down. Oil change wasn’t done with requested oil. Service Manager left new employee of 3 days alone to run service.
