Heartless Dealership Dad traded in his truck on Friday, we called immediately to tell the sales mgr. that we wanted it. Monday after my husband got home from work we went right up to Nelliston. We walked in and their salesman Frank came out and said "oh I just sold that truck". Poor Customer Service Went to this dealership to find a truck. Went into the building to ask the manager what he had. We had previously bought a used truck there. Unfortunately Fucillos has taken over the former Langan. VW on Central ave in Schenectady....wow this dealership is a joke! I wouldn't have even walked in had I known it was a fucillos..but I stayed, like a VW on Central ave in Schenectady....wow this dealership is a joke! I wouldn't have even walked in had I known it was a fucillos..but I stayed, like an idiot to waste 3 hours of my time...I was looking at a 2012 GLI they just took in a trade 5 mins before I walked in...they quoted me 3000 down and 720 a month with a 680 credit score and a 15000 trade in truck....now I don't know what world they live in but a 29k car brand new that is a year old with 30k on it doesn't amount to a 40k car...they tried getting me to give them my truck for nothing and roll like 10 grand into a new loan with a. Total of like 38k!! Unbelievable! And apparently this was billy jr from what they said, fucillos son....got the whole, he has the power to do anything BS and that's what they came to the table with! It's a joke, do not buy there! Period! More
