To start, the finance guy was not very friendly, he tried sneaking the trade-in price past me. It was not until I saw it in the final paperwork that it was $300 less than what we had agreed upon with Kyle, the salesman. I then ended up having to put more cash down in replace of that. The salesperson, Kyle Smith was far from helpful. He pulled up the car for the test drive, with minimal explination of the cars features, I took it for a drive. The car reaked of cigarette smoke and was covered in dirt and dog hair. After overlooking the horrendous filth within the car, I decided I liked the car, overall. And it was a good thing I read up on the car before I arrived or else I would have known nothing about it. I was approved for the car and stayed for hours doing paper work. At the end of the night, Kyle promised a full detail and insisted many times that it would be ready by 10am the next day. Both my dad and I explained how filthy it was and how it definitely needed to be detailed. We all agreed on that whole situation. So I went home, overjoyed about purchasing my own car. Overall it was a beautiful car, in good shape, aside from the filthy inside. When I returned to the dealership around noon the next day, excited to see the car now that it was clean. After waiting about an hour, I finally got the car. When I got inside, it looked like the front was wiped down, but I was in a hurry so I didn't get a chance to fully inspect it. Once I stopped to get lunch with my parents I took a look in the back. It was untouched and still filthy. I immediately texted Kyle and even sent him pictures of how disgusting it looked. In the pictures, I showed him the dog food, dirt and dog hair that covered the carpet floor. But of course, I didn't get a response. So I took it upon myself to try and at least vacuum up the dog food and hair. But it wouldn't come out. So I called the dealership's business number a couple times throughout the week, with no response. I then called three times on Saturday, which was 5 days after I picked the car up. I left a message asking for a manager to call me back, but I never did get one. This is so incredibly unprofessional to be ignored by a business. So on my only day off, I decided to bring the car back and have this issue addressed. I was furious that I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way, and waste my own gas for this disgusting issue. This car shouldn't have even been allowed on the lot until it was fully cleaned, let alone sold. When I got there I asked to speak to a manager and two of the people in the main office said they could help. After explaining the story, they took my car back to get fully detailed. After wasting almost two and a half hours on my day off, it was finally finished. It looked beautiful in the end, which is how it should have looked when I brought it home, a week before. I still have not received an apology from Kyle and after this horrible experience I will not purchase or recommend a car from here again. More

Fuccillo Chrysler service department does a thorough job . My car gets the service it needs, and I appreciate the roomy waiting area. The service manager is friendly, and so is the secretary. 4 WD mechanism Fuccillo techs correctly diagnosed the problem. Parts took almost 3 weeks to arrive from Ford. Back ordered. Once the parts arrived they were quick Fuccillo techs correctly diagnosed the problem. Parts took almost 3 weeks to arrive from Ford. Back ordered. Once the parts arrived they were quickly installed and truck fixed. I have had other dealings with Fuccillo Ford and found the techs to be very good each time. More
Nice service but not so nice comments about customers They have a nice service, however, I didn't like to hear bad comments from the staff about "us customers" It seems that the previous customer before m They have a nice service, however, I didn't like to hear bad comments from the staff about "us customers" It seems that the previous customer before me had some issues with his vehicle, and whenever the customer left the shop, one of the service personnel come to the "waiting area" to "vent about that customer" I'm not saying that the customer was at fault, it could have been, or not. In my opinion If anyone "talks bad about someone else whom I don't know" they probably talk bad about myself too. None of the people at the waiting area asked about the issues between a particular customer and Fucillo's personnel, therefore they should never discuss business matters with anyone! It doesn't matter who they are. Unfortunately "The customer is always right" as long as a customer is treated with respect, I will always go back to support my business, especially to local business in our area. More
