So/so took My wife’s equinox in for an oil change and multi point inspection. I received a phone call stating that my car was done and that my “air filter took My wife’s equinox in for an oil change and multi point inspection. I received a phone call stating that my car was done and that my “air filter was black and needed to be changed”. I asked how much and was told $50 dollars. I declined the service and decided to change it myself. As I took the air box apart to get the old “black” filter out I noticed that the tube going from the air box to the intake had a hose clamp on it that wasn’t tightened down and the tube was only on about half way(this needed to be removed for fucillos to check the filter during the multi point inspection) and the “black” filter they claimed I had was not infact black, but not dirty at all. Great way to try and scam customers out of $50 dollars fucillos, great job.... More

I was a little surprised at the interest rate I was given because I have a very high rating (800 +) and expected a 3-4%, but I never asked what the rate was. I was just focused on the monthly payment, the rate I got was higher than 4% when I signed the contract.The monthly payment was fine, but I should've asked, leeson learned. More
