I ended up having to reschedule the original time due to a work conflict, and he was very understanding and set us up with Shawn to test drive a few days later. Shawn was fantastic to work with, he answered any questions with confidence and made us feel very welcome into the dealership. After talking with the finance manager, dominick, we were able to come with a deal. A few days later (due to the snowstorm and having sick children) I was finally able to go pick up my new ride. There was a bit of confusion between the gentleman I spoke with the night before(Kyle), and who I was dealing with the day of pickup(Bill and Kyree) as to when I would be there, so nothing was ready for me paperwork wise. I ended up having to wait 3 hours to be able to take my car. I also was never told (and yes I should have been smart to realize as well) to bring the title to my car I was trading (mom brain x4 here) so I had to go back again later that day after going back home to get my kids from school to be able to have my plates transferred. I came from an hour away, and they only said “oh I’m really sorry about that”. I also was a little disappointed in the delivery of the vehicle. Last time I bought a vehicle; I was walked out by the salesman, made sure everything was set up as I wanted before I drove away. This time, I was handed the keys and was told “we will see you in a few hours”. It just didn’t seem very professional at all. Maybe it’s cause I bought used, but I still feel I should have received the same treatment. Overall, I am happy with the service and sale I kade here. The car is just what we needed for our family of 6. I would recommend and possibly visit for needs in the future. More
