Service Manager lies claiming tires were incorrect although they were the designated size for that vehicle and had similar tread pattern. Opened a case and instead of helping the customer, doubled down on his lies to screw the customer. There is a reason a settlement on the power train was agreed to by FCA because they know the power train is flawed. Service department ignored this fact . More
