Apparently my time doesn't matter I made an appointment for a recall repair. I was told it would take 30 minutes. After 3 hours, a serviceman I recognized happened to walk past. He tol I made an appointment for a recall repair. I was told it would take 30 minutes. After 3 hours, a serviceman I recognized happened to walk past. He told me it would be 20 more minutes. Forty minutes later, I was told my car was finished. While paying for the work, I was told the delay was because they didn't have the needed part and had to go get it. In almost four hours, no one had the decency to tell me what was happening. More

I was greeted by Mike and he showed me some vehicles I was interested in. Decided I would like to see if an upgrade to the escape se with 4WD would be doable for me and as I was filling out paperwork, Mike pulled up with a metallic gray escape se, love it, and that’s what I went with. After that transaction was simple and I drove home with a new car. Thanks guys More

We live in Cooperstown and tried to buy a vehicle at the local dealership 3 times from 3 different salespeople. They just weren't motivated to sell. Your folks at Fucillo, Nelliston act like they want to sell you a vehicle and they have always done the best they could to give us fair deal. We'll be back!! More
