Best car buying experience I've ever had!! This is a dealership that wants to do business. Kyle was very accommodating and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The front desk and the mechanics are extremely friendly and professional, however, when I go to The service center and all of the employees are great. The front desk and the mechanics are extremely friendly and professional, however, when I go to pay at the checkout there is always one employee who is the epitome of unprofessional (ie, on cell phone, shoes off and feet up, cursing, gossiping loudly). If this was something I witnessed once or twice, that’d be one thing, but the fact that this is the presentation of the office at every one of my visits leads me to believe that Fuccillos doesn’t value professionalism or have very high standards in that regard. Just my opinion, but like I said - the service staff are great, just don’t think I’d buy a car or spend a large sum of money at a place with unprofessional staff. More

Work not done The work I brought the truck in for was not done. Bought truck in 2015. Was told then what they would do the next 7 years. Now new workers say they won't do that. So I will never come back, can't trust what I'm told. More
