I bought my car from Wally’s. They knew I had three young children and I had to drive to Indiana that week for a funeral. After I finally got the car, it drove great at first. Shortly after the brakes started squealing already. Now after only having my car for a few months the rack and pinion is broke. I have made 3 payments on my car which is already expensive. And now I have an issue that’s going to cost me thousands to fix. They quoted me at over $2500 for them to fix an issue that shouldn’t even be an issue at this point. Conveniently for them I’m past my warranty. If they had properly inspected and fixed the car prior to selling, it should not have these issues this soon. So now I’m stuck and have 3 children that I don’t want to drive in my car. And anytime I mention where I got my car, everyone laughs and rolls their eyes and tells me nothing good about this place. I would not recommend. These people are exactly why I wish I didn’t have to go to a dealership. More
The dealership is trying to sell a car for top dollar that has sat for FIVE months, was in at least one accident with flaking of paint and parts missing. I made an appt to go test drive a car when I got there the car was off being detailed and I had to wait around for them to go get it. The car was white, the picture on line was red and I said I didn't wan the car was off being detailed and I had to wait around for them to go get it. The fellow waiting on me started YELLING at me, it's a computer generated picture not one of the actual car and he was going on about how the box was checked for white he could show me. He just kept yelling at me how it wasn't his fault the computer generates a picture, I never said it was, actually didn't complain at all, all I said was I didn't want a white car so we walked away while he continued to yell at us and continued to yell as he went back inside. Never again More
I was very satisfied with the courtesy and respect that was extended to me. The entire process from test drive to purchase to financing terms to vehicle prep took only about 4 1/2 hours...and then I was dr was extended to me. Then when I spotted a slight "scratch" or "mar" on a bumper a few days later, they made arrangements to have "buffed-out" by their body expert the following week. I was provided with a "loaner" for the day before the appointment with the body expert, who did a wonderful job and make the vehicle a "picture perfect" car that I am proud to own and drive. My sales executive was Keagan who expertly handled the sale and then made all of the arrangements about "bumper buffing" and the loaner. For any prospective customer of Wally's at Nelliston, I recommend this dealership. More

Where to start - driving the truck home from the dealership, it developed a rattle. Come to find out, the spare tire had been removed. It also developed a shake when the brakes are applied. We're still trying to get it into the service center so they can figure out what the problem is without having to take an entire day off work. Also, the insurance was messed up for 2 weeks because the first VIN they provided was incorrect, then they told the insurance co. we were getting new plates for the truck and then changed their minds and used my current plates when I picked it up. In addition to all that, 5 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and trading in another truck, my previous finance company still hasn't received the payoff for the truck I traded in. I'm still trying to track down where this payment is and what is going on. Darren was great, but I can't say much for the rest of them, and I don't think we'll be going back again the next time we need a vehicle. More

The best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I live an hour away so everything was done over the phone and online. The dealership has a chill vibe to it. Very laid back folks. I happily drove off the lot the next day! The salesperson who helped me name is Brendan & my finance rep was Jay. More
