Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic. More
