They lied about numerous issues about the car, and didn't fix any of the things that we agreed upon prior to the sale. The car wouldn't pass inspection, and they wouldn't allow me to return it. They kept resetting the check-engine-light and told me to drive it to get the system to be ready for emissions testing. After doing this twice, we were beyond the mileage for a return, and stuck with a car that wouldnt pass inspection. These people are lying thieves that sell junkyard cars with no morals. AVOID THIS PALCE AT ALL COSTS! More
STAY AWAY!! If you buy a vehicle from them and something goes wrong while in the warranty period, they will not try to help you! They will blame you for "messing up the car" they do not care. Imagine that! goes wrong while in the warranty period, they will not try to help you! They will blame you for "messing up the car" they do not care. Imagine that! Seriously avoid this place like the plague, they didn't even inspect the vehicle before they put it on the lot. These people don't know how to run a business. I'm sure these people are great if you have no problems with your vehicle, but they will blame you personally if something breaks. You've been warned. More

Wally's Auto World is a dealership that suckers buyers in by promising them a supportive environment, lies to them about repairs done, and sells vehicles that are not worth the price paid or the term of the loan engaged. The car that I purchased from them, with parts they claim to have fixed, could have killed me when one of those tie rods that were 'fixed no worries' snapped and I lost control of the car. They continually repair a car until it's outside of the Lemon Law statutes, and then kick you to the curb. This place is the epitome of the 'Used Car Dealer' stereotype. I don't care if you have bad credit, no credit, find somewhere else, ask around, but stay clear away from this place. You've been warned. More

When I went to Wally's Auto World it was the first time I was looking to take a loan out on a car since I know had a long commute to work and I needed something that would last. They seemed friendly and very was looking to take a loan out on a car since I know had a long commute to work and I needed something that would last. They seemed friendly and very eager to help.. at first... I found a car that I liked for $5000 that had a few minor problems. The car needed new front tires and when I drove it the transmission would get stuck in gear when it would try to shift. It was an automatic so I figured this was something that could become a serious issue. I was told that it was just because of the fact that the car needed new tires. I said I still wanted to transmission looked at before I would buy it and they said they would take care of it. The next time I went to test drive it and put a deposit on the car there was new tires and the transmission didn't seem to stick anymore. So I took the care home and not even a week later the car was having trouble shifting again. I called they said bring it in and they would look at it. After they did I was told I was driving the care too rough and it just needed transmission fluid. I don't know much about cars but I know that is not how a transmission works. Not even two weeks later I was driving and my transmission died completely and I needed a total replacement. It took 6 WEEKS for me to get my car back and then I had to fight to even have the warren tee cover it! Chris claimed I blew the transmission and they shouldn't have to deal with it when I said from the beginning there was something wrong with it.. I learned I was way too trusting... After that I figured I would just keep making payments and just not deal with them again. After making payments for year I checked with the auto loan company and found out that I owed a lot more then I should have. I still had another year of payments then what I was told I would have. It turned out I was charged $500 more for the car then I was told AND was signed up for an extended warentee when I never wanted it. I couldn't believe it.. Now I'm fighting with them again to have the extra charges taken off... It may be leading to going to small claims court.... There was a lot more issues but I feel I have already said enough..Everyone should do themselves a favor and just stay away! More
