Our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed the engine replaced/re-built as last summer. After your service team inspected the vehicle, Brent was Extremely professional and provided me with all of our op replaced/re-built as last summer. I ran poor Jeff all over the lot looking for just what I wanted he showed me a lot of vehicles he thought I might like . Tim Powell, Al Armour and Brent Campbell all followed up with me after my initial phone call with short, non-pressuring emails to understand what I was looking for and sent pictures of items on the lot. 3. The lot was organized in a way that I found it easy to find what I was looking for. 4. I was pressed for time so I had to leave, but Brent Campbell was very understanding and orchestrated a follow up visit that took no more than a 1/2 hour to complete the paperwork. Overall, I believe in buying locally when I can and I appreciate no pressure and no haggling as I do this all day at work. I love my new Jeep and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my colleagues and other employers that I know who do fleets for their sales force. More
