Best Christmas Present EVER! My son and I went to a movie during the Christmas break and smelled a pungent odor that resembled natural gas. We both figured it was a gas leak somewhere in the general area and didn't think anything about it. On the ride home however, the smell got worse and I noticed some hesitation while driving. That was when I was 89% certain my transfer case was about to go south. The next day I limped my Explorer to Walls Ford to drop it off and get it repaired. I was elated to find that it was still under warranty. Steve verified it and I decided to also get an oil change while it was there. When I went to pick it up 3 days later, the bill was $38.00 and it drives like new. Walls has consistently taken very good care of my and my wife's car. Exceptional service and an honest price. The crew there is top notch! More

I also needed an Oil change so the timing was good to get both services done on the same visit. It was a work day so being able to sit in the waiting room with wifi and coffee was a bonus. I happened to run into a few of the sales reps and had a very laid back (no pressure) discussion about a future purchase (New Edge). I was there for a total of 90 minutes which was very acceptable.
