This is the 1st time I had Steve as my service advisor and Steve did a wonderful job with his patience dealing with the warranty company for 3 days of back and fourth with claim Dept. I was surprised how fast and efficient they were. I dropped my car off around two o'clock in the afternoon. By three thirty they called me on my cell phone and told me what the problem was. Sean was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained exactly everything they were going to be working on, and how the process went. He took the time to update me daily on the status of my car, and insur exactly everything they were going to be working on, and how the process went. I have been having my Ford vehicles serviced at Wall's for quite a number of years and more especially because of their service manager, Derek Roy. He has always been very helpful and knowledgeable by pr for quite a number of years and more especially because of their service manager, Derek Roy. He has always been very helpful and knowledgeable by providing the best possible service. He understands and stands ready to help. For this reason, I recently purchased a used vehicle from Wall's and was very satisfied with the Sales Department as well. Jack Simko was a real pleasure to do business with as well.
