I brought my F150 in for a new fitting in the transmission. After Walls installed it my transmission pan was leaking. Brought to another Ford dealer and they found not only were the pan bolts n transmission. After Walls installed it my transmission pan was leaking. Brought to another Ford dealer and they found not only were the pan bolts not tight the transmission was overfilled. The Service Manager argued with me and and when it was discovered they had screwed up the service never even apologized for my inconvenience. More

As usual, the Wall’s service team provided awesome service, and I know I can always count on them. This time Steven was able to pull my car in quickly at the end of the day, and I left with a new bat service, and I know I can always count on them. This time Steven was able to pull my car in quickly at the end of the day, and I left with a new battery and no worries that I would not be able to start my car the next day.
