I came in for a $40 oil change. It was suggested that I have the antifreeze checked. I was thinking “topping-off”, so sure…I agreed and signed something (that I should have read—my bad). I get the pressure to upsell, but one of the things I have always liked about Wall’s is the clarity/explanation of the proposed services and the costs—up front. That’s a good practice that I would have appreciated in this case. More

I brought my F150 in for a new fitting in the transmission. After Walls installed it my transmission pan was leaking. Brought to another Ford dealer and they found not only were the pan bolts n transmission. After Walls installed it my transmission pan was leaking. Brought to another Ford dealer and they found not only were the pan bolts not tight the transmission was overfilled. The Service Manager argued with me and and when it was discovered they had screwed up the service never even apologized for my inconvenience. More
