Called Walls ford interested in trading it in and spoke with the sales manager CHRIS LEFEBVRE. He was extremely understanding and gave me great options. I went in and he introduced me to TOM WELCH a sales professional who was just amazing! Not once did he make me feel pressured into buying the car. He let us test drive some cars for a lengthy amount of time. Very genuine guy and just knew he truly wanted me to be more than satisfied with my purchase. Then was introduced to RICH SALMON in the finance department who really made sure I got the best interest rate. Again another great member of their team. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. But then they really proved they care about their costumers!! Ran into an issue with canceling my warranty witch what is now auto fair with my old focus. STAN WOJTAS and JOHN WALL Jr. really took it upon themselves to go above and beyond to get that taken care of when it was really auto fairs responsibility!!! STEVE FREEMAN in the service department is great as well and will tell you nothing but the truth and will always be accommodating to your needs.
