We bought a Bronco 🎉 Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do. Stan changed that for us. He was welcoming + helpful, very organized in his work, knowledgeable, open + honest. Bethany was extremely helpful and communicated very well, with what was going on with my car both times I've been here. The whole service team at Wall's Ford does a great job making sure to help you out as b with what was going on with my car both times I've been here. The whole service team at Wall's Ford does a great job making sure to help you out as best they can, and to get your car back to you in a timely manner. I brought my car here to fix an issue with it not being able to start normally in park, and having to put it into neutral in order to start it. The only catch is it happens randomly and within day's / month's in between, so of course it wanted to work fine when I brought my car in to be serviced. (I also recently had my neutral safety switch replaced as well.) Although the issue with my car wasn't able to be resolved this time. I appreciate and respect the decision to not charge me for anything that pertained to that. Also I was told that the next time it happens to come back the same day and they will look at it again. Which is something I respect in a business and would make me want to come back again! More
