All the service techs are great but our favorite is Derek Roy. He really cares about his customers and even presents bad news (ie expensive repairs) well. He has a great personality and really works for the customer. We are and always will be faithful return customers to Wall's Ford. More

Worst Dealership Ever I was approved for a Ford Edge at Walls Ford, I was told I could only pick from 4 colors they had, which all were FWD. So I put money down on the one I was approved for a Ford Edge at Walls Ford, I was told I could only pick from 4 colors they had, which all were FWD. So I put money down on the one I liked. The next day I am told it's coming from NEW YORK and being driven down, which will put 300 miles on it. So I told him to hold off on bringing it. I went on line and found other dealerships which had the same vehicles for a lot less. I went to one and got a better edge for a cheaper price and a much better deal. When the WALLS FORD dealership salesman called me and found out I went to another dealership, he said he was keeping my deposit and would make sure ford credit would not give me the loan for the other dealership. I was approved for the loan at the other dealership for the edge and 3 hrs later they called them back saying they wasn't approving the loan after they all ready approved it. The salesman at WALLS FORD kept his threat like he promised he would. The salesman from walls ford said his finance Manger new the higher up at Ford credit. I guess he was telling the truth. The only threat he couldn't keep was keeping my deposit. Long story short is stay away from WALLS FORD, they are worst Dealership Ever without a doubt. The salesman, which his name is Dave and the finance manager should BE FIRED!! THE HIGHER UP IN FORD CREDIT COMPANY SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. More

With other Fords in the area, don't waste your time Let me start with the good - I was super impressed and pleased by our face time with our salesperson. Dave was responsive and helpful. He definitely stepped up when he colleagues dropped the ball. Thumbs up to him. However, at the end of the day, as we are new to the area - I wish I had known about Wall's reputation for bad attitude and bad service. We would have driven down the road to Danvers. Wall's Ford both underperformed in terms of basic competency and in customer service. After working with their finance person to return a lease and purchase a new vehicle - what you would assume is a common occurrence - the manager left the organization. There was absolutely no attempt to follow up with the customers he was working with - we had our car but there was no evidence that we paid for the car. I followed up with Heather who seemed clueless - and quite frankly annoyed with us about any exchange that we had with her colleague. Moreover, Wall's GM Chris Lefebvre did not follow through or take ownership of his employees promises or mistakes - and was, quite frankly, passive aggressive and disrespectful. Some finger pointing and avoidance happened on their side without an straight up apology for their mistakes. Incompetency, clearly, did not stop at the individual no longer at Wall's. So, why pay them money - when, if you like the product, you can get better service without the headache at another Ford, like Danvers. More

David Bettinger So long story short. I moved to mass in Feb of 2016. I brought with me a horrible car from Florida. No one anywhere would help me get rid of it rollin So long story short. When I say no one, I mean from South Boston to Nort Andover- not a single dealership. After weeks and weeks of trying, my gut said give it one more go. I fell upon Walls Ford and their pre approval form online. I figured- what the xxxx my credit could get no worse and it'll probably be a no. That same day, David Bettinger gave me a call, told me I was pre approved and should come in. I explained my previous situation and without judgement, he told me not to write it off just yet and come in. So I did. And two test drives later, this angel of a man had me in a car I absolutely love. I pick it up Saturday. I am beyond thankful to Walls Ford and even MORE to Mr. Bettinger who my grandmother also loves. You guys have given me new life and I can no thank you enough. More
