I knew what I wanted on a new Ford F150 as I drove one for a week on vacation in the mountains of Tennessee. Tom Fountain had sent me some info answering my internet inquiry. Tom took the time to look through their inventory and located the truck I wanted. He went through the various discounts and rebates from Ford and from Walls and made me an offer I couldn't and did not ant to walk away from. Walls and Tom was my first and only stop and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I felt like I was in an impossible situation when I called and spoke to Dave B. Not only did they help get me out of the situation with my lease but I ended up getting a great car at an amazing deal with a lower interest rate then anyone I know! I was treated wonderfully by my salesman and the finance department. As corny as it sounds I felt like they were all genuinely happy for me and it was a really great feeling. I was not pressured into anything, as a matter of fact I waited a few days before I signed my contract so that I could review my finances and complete more research so that I could personally insure that I am getting the best deal for myself and so that I was sure it was something that I could afford. I love my new car, I'm referring everyone I know! More

Every one of the vehicles were 100% serviced and maintained by Walls Ford while I owned them, some over 200,000 miles without a major problem. The service team from the front desk and certified mechanics to the cashier are always fast and courteous and the quality of their work always exceeds my expectations. I have been very fortunate to be on a first name basis with Derek Roy in their service department (although he will only address me as Mr. Robidoux) and I trust his service recommendations without questions.
