Stayed late to help me on a Saturday night My Subaru's warning lights started flashing while I was on the highway, and I pulled off and found myself near the Walls Ford dealership. I pulled up and went inside, but it was after service hours and it was a Saturday. Nevertheless, sales manager Luis Guzman said he would help me and he tracked down a mechanic. Brian Britt had not left yet and was kind enough to take a preliminary look at my car. He had to take a look at the engine, run diagnostics, and even take the car out for a short drive in order to figure out the problem, which turned out to be one that couldn't be fixed at the dealership (specialized transmission issue). Both men stayed an hour late (on a Saturday!) to help me. It was a huge help to me to learn from Brian that the car could be driven a short distance safely, so that I could drive to a hotel and then to a Subaru dealership the next day. And it was a huge relief to have Luis volunteer to help me find a hotel and let me wait inside where I felt safe. More
