Remarkable performance Dropped off Ford Fusion with some sort of throttle issue that we had been trying to resolve for 4 months. We took it to a local garage, and they kinda Dropped off Ford Fusion with some sort of throttle issue that we had been trying to resolve for 4 months. We took it to a local garage, and they kinda fixed it, for awhile. Here's the thing, it was a known problem and Wall's Ford diagnosed it in minutes. Then, even though our Fusion is a little beyond warranty (120,000+ miles) Ford covered the repair for no cost. The car was ready in like 90 minutes after we dropped it off. One of the best experiences I've ever had servicing a vehicle. Great job to Sean and his team. More

DISHONEST!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from them back in Nov. 2017 and in February 2018 I heard a loud screaching noise coming from my rear tire. I purchased a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from them back in Nov. 2017 and in February 2018 I heard a loud screaching noise coming from my rear tire. I brought the vehicle back for service and was told that I was "all set". What they did was bandaid the problem until my my warranty was over and the problem started up again!!! I haven't even owned the vehicle for a year and just had to dish out over $1500 for a new full rear brake job that warranted new calipers, rotors etc. So make sure you buy anything from them take it to your own mechanic don't trust them with all their little maintenance perks they'll just bandaid the real problem!!!! More
