Sometimes, things just go right... (2019 F150) I do not believe this purchase could have gone any better. I went to the dealership on a Sunday just to look around. Rick Burgie was great and showed I do not believe this purchase could have gone any better. I went to the dealership on a Sunday just to look around. Rick Burgie was great and showed me several pre-owned and new vehicles without being pushy. He was pleasant and professional and offered a lot of input when asked. I came back on Monday (Labor Day Holiday) to see if we could hash something out and within a few hours, I got the exact deal I wanted. Which included a situation with my current truck that they worked out with ease. I cant say enough about the staff and management at Walls. Rick was a perfect example of what Customer Service should be. I am confident he will have a very bright future with Walls Ford. In addition, Joe was very helpful as well. I also would like to personally thank Bruce, he came in when things started to get interesting and made it all work. The combination of the great Service that Rick provided and the lifetime experience of Bruce D'Ambra, (sp?) made this the best truck buying experience of my life. Lastly, Heather Neptune was very possibly, one of the nicest and most forthright people I have dealt with. I actually felt that she had my best interest in mind. Inexperienced, lack of product knowledge. We visited the dealership on Thursday 8/29 to become acquainted with the Ford Ranger. We sat with Rick - he took our info - and then took about 20 mi We visited the dealership on Thursday 8/29 to become acquainted with the Ford Ranger. We sat with Rick - he took our info - and then took about 20 minutes to find the keys to the car that he wanted us to test drive. Turns out we knew more about the product from reviewing the ford.com website than Rick did. He told us he would call us later in the day to review "numbers" - we never heard back from him. Rick told us that he has only been selling cars for a few months - perhaps he should spend some time on getting product knowledge and learning how not to waste prospective customer's time. We subsequently had conversations with Sales Manager Bob Cavanagh who followed up with us diligently, although we did not do business with this dealership because they were not price competitive.
