I'm so sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your experience related to your ordered truck; and surprised to hear you were not receiving updates on your order directly from the manufacturer. Typically when a vehicle is ordered, Ford sends updates to the future owner when any milestone is reached. If that was not the case, I am terribly sorry. Because we register the vehicle right here, we need to wait to receive a stamped form (RTA) back from your insurance agency/company. The bigger companies (like Geico for example) have a MINIMUM of a two hour turn around to get the form back to us. Typically our process is approximately 90 minutes before waiting for the stamped RTA. Wishing you happy travels in your new truck!
