When I called for service because the Ford app told me my oil needed changing early than we planned , when I bought my car, Steve said no problem. I did not have an appointment but when I got off work my car started giving me trouble I went from work to Walls Steve test drive my car and stated that it was not safe to drive he put me in a rental it was car started giving me trouble I went from work to Walls Steve test drive my car and stated that it was not safe to drive he put me in a rental it was the weekend and I needed to work.
