Kind of a weird setup. I called in mid-February to get a service appointment, and was told none were available until April. WHAT??? But then they said if you wish to dro I called in mid-February to get a service appointment, and was told none were available until April. WHAT??? But then they said if you wish to drop your car off as an “emergency,” you can do so and hopefully we’ll get to it in a couple of days. And they also had no loaner cars available. WHAT??? Anyway, we dropped our car off and they had it fixed in two days. They have a shuttle service to get you to/from the dealer, which we used successfully. No issues. But we ended up borrowing a neighbor’s car to get to other places. The car repair was done under warranty, so no charge to us which was nice. And they washed the car before we picked it up. Also nice. So they did a nice job, gave me back a clean car, but the whole “emergency” routine seems pretty dumb to me, and having to keep the car for two days for a fairly simple repair is strange, on top of not offering a loaner. So, a weird/stupid setup, but our car is fixed and the people we dealt with at the dealership were also quite nice, courteous, and professional. More
