Wallace VW is a great car dealership. Our primary contact is Jon Bacetta and he is as professional as I have experienced in my 50+ years of buying cars. We previewed a number of Certi Our primary contact is Jon Bacetta and he is as professional as I have experienced in my 50+ years of buying cars. We previewed a number of Certified VW previously owned vehicles, as well as new models. We did select a low mileage 2024 Atlas Sport Coupe and were very pleased with the overall process, as lead by Jon. We are very pleased with all of the process and completed the entire process in less than 90 minutes, and drove the car home. This had been our 4th trip to the dealer and commend Jon and the senior staff, including finance on their efforts. We never felt any pressure and Jon was very careful to explain all of the details and answering of our questions, in person, via email and text messages.
