Their service department needs to look up the word service. Total amateurs Is it me? When you book an appointment well in advance for a certain day at a certain time don’t you expect them to start w service. Total amateurs Is it me? When you book an appointment well in advance for a certain day at a certain time don’t you expect them to start working on your car at or near that time? I sat there for 4 hours (she said 3 max wait) thinking all this time they had been working on my truck (11 am appointment). Well no. I got up walked out back and it was just sitting there untouched. In those 4 hours of waiting not one person updated me or talked to me. I left. I’ll go elsewhere for service. More

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT! Ever! We have brought our truck here several times for a problem or routine maintenance. Well apparently they’ve never done an oil change on it, but still removed the indicato truck here several times for a problem or routine maintenance. Well apparently they’ve never done an oil change on it, but still removed the indicator warning so we thought we had oil changes, as requested. Now our 40k mike truck has a completely useless engine. The Service Manager said he put in a warranty claim and it was denied. We called ourselves, and he never put in a claim and lied about the entire thing. Then we called corporate and they said it’s up to the Dealership/Service Dept. What a hoax!!!! BEWARE!!!! More

2013 Maxima repair Service advisor Mark was excellent, car was at body shop for auto accident. Body work done fine, but work on mechanical parts was terrible. I advised Service advisor Mark was excellent, car was at body shop for auto accident. Body work done fine, but work on mechanical parts was terrible. I advised my insurance company that I wanted Wallace Nissan to inspect even if I had to pay. Mark did outstanding job explaining the problems to the insurance company and they agreed to fix the car. Outstanding customer service A+++++ I was dealing with WPB prior to coming here and had lots of trouble. The service people explain everything tell the Truth and really care for you as I was dealing with WPB prior to coming here and had lots of trouble. The service people explain everything tell the Truth and really care for you as a customer!! You are not just a number here. This is not the type of dealership where they will put you on hold waiting to get your car in until after the warranty expires. Marc in service showed me there are still good men in the business and that not everyone in Florida is not out to screw elderly, northerners and disabled. This will be the only place I will bring my car and I will tell my friends to use Wallace for future purchases only!!! More
