This was after my own research on line and going to various other brand SUV dealerships. The only "safety" devices I had on my car were the rear view mirrors and I wanted to step into the "computer age" and have easy to operate, reliable security/safety items on my new vehicle. I returned to Wallace Nissan ready to purchase. My salesman Michael Tatto was very knowledgeable, polite, easy to deal with AND patient as I asked questions, left the dealership, returned and asked more questions. After the sale Michael offered that I could return with any more questions, "how to" instructions needed, and we'd sit in the car and go over them. I "studied" my Operators Guide while sitting in my car, made a lot of notes, figured out a lot of my questions myself with more reading of my Guide, and then called Michael for some of his hands-on time. Again, ever so patiently, Michael went over the car, answered my questions, set up or cancelled several items. In sum, You want a good vehicle? Want to deal with knowledgeable, patient salesmen? Head to Wallace Nissan and ask for Michael T!l More
My husband and I just purchased a used Nissan Rogue SL and our salesperson was Christian Conklin. He was very helpful and went above and beyond in familiarizing us with the entire car, how everything ope and our salesperson was Christian Conklin. He was very helpful and went above and beyond in familiarizing us with the entire car, how everything operates, how to preset various options and was thoughtful and polite. He kept in touch with us and he and the manager both worked with us until we reached an agreement on the purchase. I would recommend this dealership and salesman in particular. More
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY DEALERSHIP THAT HAS WALLACE ATTACHED EVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS SOONER BUT IVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL AND PRIOR TO HAVING SURGERY I WAS SOOOO PISSED OFF!! HAS WALLACE ATTACHED EVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS SOONER BUT IVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL AND PRIOR TO HAVING SURGERY I WAS SOOOO PISSED OFF!!!I went into see about getting a Nissan Rogue I’d seen a white used 2020 Rogue they had advertised and wanted to see it! I saw it and was interested in seeing what they could do! So the next thing is play the $ game! They came back with some stupidity high price $ !!! again after several rounds I was ready to leave and think about it!!! Then all of a sudden they have a car for me!!! 2020 Rogue low miles etc! That was just traded in the day before and they hadn’t had a chance to clean it or fix anything in it but they might be able to work something out ? so finally I was happy with the $ etc!!! I told them take all the time you need to fix anything check the tires etc! The salesman said if they don’t have the right tires they’ll order them it could take a day or two!,,( No problem on my end) it needs to have a big cleaning also! The previous owner was a heavy smoker and I asked them if they could treat it to get the smell out and I was told no problem they’d have everything fixed cleaned out etc! I’d be fine with it taking several days ( so I’d have time to clean out the stuff in my trunk etc!!! ) so I get a call the following day after I bought the Rogue, come and get it ! It’s all done!! I picked it up and got in and the smell of smoke was still loud I asked about them cleaning it and was told it will go away in a couple days etc!!! xx!!! This week was the one we had that really bad weather and I hadn’t noticed the front bumper and the rear bumper had obviously had been hit and the teeth that hold it together where broken and it was showing the front bumper was also messed up! My brother did a car fax and it came up with 8 different situations with this car !!! ( but they had given me a car fax that was clean!) (??? ) it doesn’t make sense??? So I called over that weekend and made an appointment to have it checked back out at the dealership! I got there on Monday and the service man came out and said it had to been hit and needed new bumpers to fix it! So they went and got my salesman and I thought I was going to die or flip out when he said you must have hit something or something 😡😡😡 I couldn’t believe what was coming out of his mouth! If I had done something to the car believe me I wouldn’t have come back in and expected them to do something to fix it!!! I felt like throwing up!!! Finally he said he’d talk to his boss! So he goes back in and comes back and says we’re going to fix it make everything right with the car! It’s going to take a couple days to get the parts !!! ( Great!!!) take your time and fix it!!!Then they told me they couldn’t offer me a car till it was done , but at this point I’ll deal with that just fix my car!!! The salesman was going to give me play by play on how the car was coming! I dropped it off at 9:00 am on the 17th ! No calls from them on that day or the next day!!! Finally on the 19th I called to see how the car was coming along!!! I First called the salesman’s cell phone and no answer so I left a message still no call backs I tried again no answer! So I decided to call the service department they don’t have the car and are clueless so they give me a different number to call! Car not with them buy they would give me another number!!! Called no one answered so I left another message!!! No calls back!! ( crickets!) Now I’m soooo pissed I can’t think straight!! So I called the main office to try to find my car and see if it’s done or was going to take longer!!! So I called and all of a sudden my car is ready for pick up! I I pick it up and NO ONE ! Just handed me the keys and pointed me out! I look at the front bumper its not fixed and there’s now a crack in it and the back bumper not fixed!! I WANT IT FIXED !!! NEVER AGAIN WITH WALLACE NAME! They don’t care after they do the sale More
Wallace Nissan and the associates who I spoke to did an exceptional job with my shop from home deal roughly 150 miles away. They were personable, aggressive on beating their competitors on price and exceptional job with my shop from home deal roughly 150 miles away. They were personable, aggressive on beating their competitors on price and Michael Tatoo did a thorough excellent delivery to help me fully utilize the technology features of a Murano Platinum trim vehicle. Michael told me to call him if I had any questions and I appreciate that, as I had some on his ride from my home city, back to the dealership. Yami Miranda the Sales Manager and Keanu Brown my internet manager made the deal happen have been supportive at every involved at making my deal. It was particularly pleasing that I was able to reach this decision with a location, that I remember from my days as a sales associate for Bill Wallace and the many fond memories of the excellent associates there who taught me how to earn a customer's business Fortunately those traditional principles of being fair, and making sure the details important to the customer take priority. Thanks for a fantastic experience Alan More
Their service department needs to look up the word service. Total amateurs Is it me? When you book an appointment well in advance for a certain day at a certain time don’t you expect them to start w service. Total amateurs Is it me? When you book an appointment well in advance for a certain day at a certain time don’t you expect them to start working on your car at or near that time? I sat there for 4 hours (she said 3 max wait) thinking all this time they had been working on my truck (11 am appointment). Well no. I got up walked out back and it was just sitting there untouched. In those 4 hours of waiting not one person updated me or talked to me. I left. I’ll go elsewhere for service. More
Never buy a used car. There 30 day warranty is not worth anything. I bought car, shipped across state since they had completed inspection and changed oil. I put 43 miles There 30 day warranty is not worth anything. I bought car, shipped across state since they had completed inspection and changed oil. I put 43 miles on car and it died. Took to garage and had oil pan leak, etc. $3800 in repairs. They would not pay for shipping or make any accommodations. Apparently a very poor service department. The vehicle had a crack in the windshield which was not disclosed, sad that they operate so poorly and take advantage of people. Management would not discuss problems. I would never recommend them for any work, etc. a total ripoff dealer! More
Horrible experience! No transparency! Was told one thing over phone and another in person. Went there to buy my 16 year old daughter her first car which is a milestone. S No transparency! Was told one thing over phone and another in person. Went there to buy my 16 year old daughter her first car which is a milestone. Salesman never asked my daughters name and barely talked to her as it was clear that only thing that mattered to him was selling car and earning commission. . Salesman did not allow us to see car until he drafted up financial documents. We had been to multiple dealerships and no one else did this.A person needs to see car before they decide to purchase it. My daughter said to me “I like the car but don’t want to buy car from place who treats us this way.” The next day we bought car from another dealership that puts all fees on website. We felt difference the minute we walked in. Salespeople there were honest and knew how to treat customers. Then 2 days after going to Wallace Nissan I get alert that price of car was reduced after we were told by manager that price was final. Car buying should not have to be so stressful! If you want to sell cars, treat customers the way you want want family members and yourself to be treated! More
First of all, I’d like to say the salesperson ANDREW was the only employee that I really liked to talk to. He’s a nice guy and did his job the right way! But other than that, I can tell you guys that Jose ( the only employee that I really liked to talk to. He’s a nice guy and did his job the right way! But other than that, I can tell you guys that Jose (one of the managers) spoke with me over the phone and we agreed that he would include the leather seats on the deal with no cost. Then, once they had the contract ready to sign, he backed up on his word and told me me that there was nothing that he could do it about (basically leave it or take it)… that’s unbelievable! From where I come from, a word worth more than a signature. I was doing a trade in and my Chevrolet Cargo Van had the security light triggered the day that I was going to get the truck. Instead of trying to fix my van and do the deal with Nissan, I decided to take my van to Chevrolet to be repaired and then I went to Wallace Nissan. I spoke with Chris (another manager) and explain to him what happened to my van and that I’d honor the deal that I gave my word, but instead of doing the trade in, I was going to pay the difference as a down payment and still do the deal. He (Chris) told me that everything was fine, that they’d get the contract ready for me in the afternoon. I said OK. But then when I was back to sign the contract, numbers was a little different that what we agreed (leather seats was CHARGED), and again Jose (manager) told me that I had to “EAT the leather seats” if I wanted to do the deal. After all of this, I “ATE the NO COMMITMENTS” that you guys made up and sign the contract. When I was ready to do the down payment, another BIG SURPRISE! YAMI (Financial) told me that WALLACE does NOT accept more than $3,000 on a credit card, which by the way… NOBODY told me at any point HOW I should’ve done the DOWN PAYMENT. Not even CHRIS… So, I had a 10,200 TOTAL as a DOWN PAYMENT, and I had to pay 3,000 in credit card and I have to drop off a cashiers check of 7,200 this week (which I was NOT expecting to do)… And I know that you guys can make an exception, but at that point (contract signed) nobody cared about the situation and myself! So, I’m really frustrated and disappointed with WALLACE NISSAN. I don’t think that any of your employees (Jose, Chris, Yami) are honest people. There’s NO COMMITMENT and AGREEMENT! You do whatever it takes to get the deal, you LIE after that first approach, you DO NOT honor your word, you DON’T disclosure requirements for DOWN PAYMENT (HOW should be done)… That’s NOT me and that’s NOT how I do business with my customers! So, NO NO NO… I would NOT refer WALACE NISSAN to anybody that I know! I’m very UNHAPPY with your store! And for sure, you guys are gonna get a REALLY BAD REVIEW about the way you run the business. What you guys did to me, it’s NOT right. More
