othing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive. In lieu of that and as stated previously, 2 of those weeks that they "worked me in" the tech called out sick, which they basically refused to assig anyone else. Sure, I completely understand people being stricken with sickness, but I was in essence being penalized for their lack. The service manager Janice Malcolm was extremely rude and unwilling to do anything but a continuance of rude, passive aggressive chatter. If Wallace would have completed or even started the work, they would not have lost over 6k+, which Van Averette (owner) and the rest can thank Janice and the GM for losing business, bad reviews, spreading the word that the Wallace Nissan service center is negligent and inept. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
Left Google review about this company about a month ago on how bad the experience was someone responded to my review asking to call them the next morning I did and while the people andwering the phone were on how bad the experience was someone responded to my review asking to call them the next morning I did and while the people andwering the phone were very nice to speak with they did not know who responded to me. After several days service manager called back apologized said she did not know who told me to call but wanted to look at the 2021 Nissan Rouge that need new tires before it even 15k miles. So they asked me to make appointment to look at vehicle to discuss. Made appointment as they asked. The service rep. looked at my vehicle said they could not find any reason for the abnormal tire wear and as expected told me they had to send for review and would get back to me by Monday. Of course no call on Monday. I called Tuesday was told service manager was busy would call me back in an hour. Guess what no call, so I called back told the rep that answered the phone the reason I was calling again. Response was she is busy will tell her you called when she is free. Obviously customer is not the important person here you need to work around there schedule not that I expected anything anyway as once you buy they lose all care for the customer. I had 3 recalls on this vehicle and every single time told them there is a problem with the supposed safety sensors and everytime they just say checked out fine. However everytime I have taken this vehicle on any extended road time and use those features the steering wheel shakes like crazy and the sensors spot up this big warning saying failure and shut said features off. Biggest vehicle purchace mistake I ever made was pulling into a Wallace dealership. More

Replace variable timing valve on 2014 Nissan Altima I knew I had to pay for a Dianostics Test, parts, and labor. I told Josh Byrd I had replaced one of the Varible Timing Valves and that could be the pr I knew I had to pay for a Dianostics Test, parts, and labor. I told Josh Byrd I had replaced one of the Varible Timing Valves and that could be the problem. I know it only takes maybe 15 minutes to replace this valve. Thats the reason for this poor reveiw as he charged me one and a halve hours labor at $190.00 plus $200.00 for the part and dianostics test for a total of nearly $400.00. I am retired on Social Security and have to struggle just to get by. Thats a lot of money when you have very little to spend. I am sorry to complain but I just have so much money to get by. More
Lies and More Lies I have a 2009 Nissan Rouge. I purchased it new at Wallace. I have always had it serviced at Wallace. I took the car in for service in March, 2018. I I have a 2009 Nissan Rouge. I purchased it new at Wallace. I have always had it serviced at Wallace. I took the car in for service in March, 2018. I told them I had a leak on the driver's side. They told me the axel boot on the passenger side was busted and I needed a new axel. I trusted the dealership and had the repair done costing approx. $750. A few months later, my car was still leaking in the same spot. So, I took it back. Was told it was residual grease. A few months later, it was still leaking in the same spot. Was told the same thing and given a free oil change. On 12/20 I took it back for service and told them there was still a leak. This time, while in the waiting lounge, I was told the transfer case was leaking oil, and it would be $1,150 plus tax and an 8-hour repair. When I checked out, I was told if the transfer case were to go dry, it would lock the engine up, and the repair would be a 2 day job. After I got home, I had more questions. So I called the service manager, Janice Malcom. She told me that the seal between the transfer case and the transmission was leaking and the car was leaking transmission fluid. I felt my car was unsafe for my 2 children to ride in. Since the technician said the car was leaking oil from the transfer case, and the service manager said it was a seal leaking transmission fluid, it raised a red flag. We reached out for a second opinion and talked with multiple mechanics. My Rogue is Front Wheel Drive and does not even have a transfer case. The leak was coming from an axel seal. The same axel that Wallace replaced. The leak has been in the same spot since March 2018. I seriously doubt that my car ever needed a new axel since it didn't fix or change the leak. More

Mike Carter in service department was very friendly, like we had known him forever. While waiting on the repair, we were browsing around the showroom and saw a Nissan Rogue that we liked. We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue. Thanks to Debbie Lambert and Jerry Sproles for their friendly manor and outstanding service. Everyone we met were professional and very nice. We would be happy to take out future business to Wallace Nissan. More

Unqualified to service I have taken my 2008 Nissan Rogue in to let them deal with a loud whistle coming from the transmission 4 times now. The first 2 times I was told that I have taken my 2008 Nissan Rogue in to let them deal with a loud whistle coming from the transmission 4 times now. The first 2 times I was told that there was nothing going on. Third time I was told it needed a transfer case. I replaced the transfer case but the whistle was still there. 2 days ago I took it in for them to look at it a 4th time. I was told that they couldn't hear anything after driving it 33 miles and keeping it there for almost 3 days. As soon as I got it back from them and drove it on the highway the whistle started immediately. How in the world is that possible if they did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue? So 2 days worth of driving and a a detailed explanation of the problem from me and yet they still couldn't hear it? Sounds like they need some help in the diagnostics department. They are probably good for oil changes and standard repairs but I can assure you that there is no way in xxxx they are qualified to diagnose anything other than standard issues. More
