I would give their service department zero if it were a choice. Brought my car in last Friday for a routine service. Today (Monday), the screen has a message “service due 15 days”. The ac has stopped working and they want me to make a 45 trip again and waste another few hours sitting in their showroom with vending machine type crackers and water. More

I bought my Protege at this dealership almost 16 years ago. I've taken it back for maintenance and a couple of repairs since then, including a repair about 3 weeks ago. Routine Auto Butler Treatment Took in our CX 5 for annual, "free", Auto Butler treatment which includes vacuuming the interior.
