I would give their service department zero if it were a choice. Brought my car in last Friday for a routine service. Today (Monday), the screen has a message “service due 15 days”. Very disappointed in my experience here. I came in with my Lexus looking to get into a CX-50 that was advertised on THEIR website for lease. When I showed up that vehicle and others marketed I came in with my Lexus looking to get into a CX-50 that was advertised on THEIR website for lease. When I showed up that vehicle and others marketed on their website for lease suddenly didn’t apply when I physically saw the vehicles on their lot. It seemed like a poor ploy to get people in and move them into a very unreasonable sale as they tried to do with me. They tried directing me into a different model I had no interest in and they tried to sell me a used service loaner vehicle with 8,000 miles,way over msrp(which did not contain a sticker price on the vehicle. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy or return. The only thing that was pleasant about this dealership was the sales lady and she was lovely but that’s where it ended after they insulted me with their offers and wasted time. They also did not want to honor Mazda USA promotions and deals advertised when I had the link right infront of me and all my information. Finally I had my vehicle quoted at 3 different dealerships and all were within 2k of each other and they offered me 3k less than the average price of quotes I obtained… please do better More
Easiest and most hassle free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. There was no pressure from anyone at this location. Kelly was our salesperson and she is fantastic. Her knowledge of these vehicles informed us so that it was a no brainer to go with the Mazda over the VW Atlas, the Kia Telluride, the Genesis GV 80 and the Alfa Romeo Stelvia. Wallace Mazda was determined to get me approved on a lease even though my credit isn’t sparkling. Overall the best experience ever at a dealership and when my lease is up I will be back at Wallace to see what they have for me. More
I was not planning on buying from Wallace. I had had a unacceptable experience and left thinking I will never go back there. I spoke with a Friend and was told to call and speak to Jo Mcloud, So I did and unacceptable experience and left thinking I will never go back there. I spoke with a Friend and was told to call and speak to Jo Mcloud, So I did and I am so glad. He not only helped me find the car I wanted, his professionalism, respect and overall knowledge had changed my experience from a -1 star to a 5 star. He was patient, answered my questions called me to make sure I was doing okay with all the information he gave me at the in-service. He is without a doubt a 5 star person. Dealing with Joe and Willie turned me into a Mazda family member. Thank you gentlemen for making my joining the Mazda family so fantastic. More

I bought my Protege at this dealership almost 16 years ago. I've taken it back for maintenance and a couple of repairs since then, including a repair about 3 weeks ago. Routine Auto Butler Treatment Took in our CX 5 for annual, "free", Auto Butler treatment which includes vacuuming the interior. When I picked up the car, the exterior looked fine, but if they vacuumed, they did a poor job. Shouldn't have to bring back and be inconvenienced. It's relatively minor, but how we judge customer service. Disappointed, Rest of our experiences have been positive with this dealership (so far). More
Harassed for two weeks AFTER I bought a car I was called or texted almost everyday for two weeks AFTER I bought a SUV from this dealer. I traded in my older SUV and the dealer appraiser and i n I was called or texted almost everyday for two weeks AFTER I bought a SUV from this dealer. I traded in my older SUV and the dealer appraiser and i negotiated a price based upon current condition. After signing the papers and receiving the key to my new car i asked my salesperson what i should do with my 3rd row seats that I've had in my garage for months. He asked if they were in truck when appraised, and if the appraiser had mentioned them, I said no and no He said sell them on my own. I left with my new truck. A couple days later the texts and phone calls started. They now want my seats back. I explained the situation to them repeatedly, day after day. They now say the seats were part of the deal, they were never part of the deal. I received one last call about two weeks later by the general manager pleading with me for the seats, told him the story again, he offered me 100.00 for two seats worth about 800.00 online. I declined and then the appraiser who was on the line the whole time starting yelling at me and called me a spade. I hung up. Never buy a vehicle from these con men. The appraiser and salesperson were using me as a scapegoat for their mistakes and lies. More
