::I just moved to Ft Pierce and this was my experience: I made an appointment for 8:30am. I called back to change the appointment to 10am and a women said "no problem" I said make sure you hav experience: I made an appointment for 8:30am. I called back to change the appointment to 10am and a women said "no problem" I said make sure you have me as a waiting customer., she replied "no problem". I went in today at 9:50 for my 10am appointment and was told my appointment was for 8:30 and many people are now ahead of me but I do my best. I said I don't want to wait 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation and he said Ill do my best. Well I guess there was a problem. I called in the speak to the GM and wasn't asked to leave a message or put through to voice mail, just sent me to a sales manager. I won't be servicing my 2015 Explorer or my 2020 MKZ at this dealer. More
I hate to even give these people a one star, went in for oil change, an battery check as my Lincoln app kept going into deep sleep Mode , long story short 6 hrs later.. determined battery was no good, th oil change, an battery check as my Lincoln app kept going into deep sleep Mode , long story short 6 hrs later.. determined battery was no good, they replaced my battery with AC Delco, a GM battery with out telling me.. my paper work said they replace with a motor craft battery .. to top off my day Arron write up person Argued an argued with me that battery they took out was a die hard battery , how dam insane is that, I bought nautilus new, got 41000 miles on it, been under hood countless times , think owners knows what factory installed in it .. now because my paper work clearly states they replace my battery with a motor craft battery I’m really screwed if this A C Delco battery fails with in warranty time period… like I told Aaron “ you’ll never ever see this car again, an I was just about to spend $2100 in tires with these people.. glad I didn’t… Stay AWAY from this place!!!!!!!! He would. Carter said he would never work in Customer service because they handle complaints all day. He’d rather work in sales where people are happy. No offer to reevaluate the value on my vehicle with the new engine to put me in a stable car with warranty??? Said I need to “get over” my lack of confidence in my vehicle….. that is just put together with pieces and parts. Said there are more important things in life tan to be upset and focus on a car. My back up camera just works intermittently. Said no way it is part of the engine replacement. How do we know this? Refuses to back up the new engine …No warranty on the work. Assured me there is absolutely no warranty on the supposed new engine. Said Lincoln doesn’t do that. The new engine is just that… a new engine …. supposedly. It’s a secret — mileage odometer states the current miles now 55k. How do I even know I have a new engine? Said that when I have to have a service— if I run into issues I can call his extension.. Never take your vehicle to Wallace. We made that mistake because we bought our truck here and they have damaged several things on our truck. This is my first really nasty review. I usually consider that there is a reason for extremely bad service. However, I have been since January trying to get a repair on my door latch. One came in after 3 months --- never a call to update --- I had to call repeatedly, they put it on and after paying over $300 up front it wasn't right & had to be reordered. 10 days ago, Chris in "service" (which I certainly consider a misnomer), told us the part was here and he would call to WORK us in. No call yet - not surprised!! What does it take to get the job done anymore????? More
I've dealt with this dealership for about 10 years and in the past few years with William Cummins and Tom. They are top notch service reps. They have dealt with my service issues on a friendly and busines in the past few years with William Cummins and Tom. They are top notch service reps. I had an older Lincoln which I loved but it's age was catching up with it and they gave me the best advice as problems arose. I eventually bought a new Lincoln and because I'm a senior citizen with no practical experience with this new car they have given me great support as I learned how to handle its different issues. Very poor dealership. Very poor service. Detailing on vehicle was disappointing—areas were overlooked. Very difficult to make an appointment. Almost impossible to contact service department. Issue with intermittent lift gate latch on my MKX also battery problem. Took a few days to figure out the problem, William offered a loaner and kept on top of problem. Extended warranty expired but dea battery problem. Took a few days to figure out the problem, William offered a loaner and kept on top of problem. Wallace Lincoln Will SCAM YOU! BEWARE!!!!! Let me head this with Scott’s is the BEST!!!! Where do I begin????? Do I start with the fact that Scott’s was a GREAT decision to take my car to for Let me head this with Scott’s is the BEST!!!! Where do I begin????? Do I start with the fact that Scott’s was a GREAT decision to take my car to for service? OR do I start with the other fact of what drove me to find Scott’s………..the FACT that WALLACE LINCOLN IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY?!?!?!?!?!? I’ll start from the beginning of my problem. My 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid (Yes, a Lincoln Hybrid. Don’t laugh it’s my commuter car, at 50 miles to the gallon.) I keep it in flawless condition and maintain it at the top of class. So, I am informed by Wallace Lincoln it is ready to perform an airbag recall on my car and to just bring it in. I do and when I get it back I notice something wrong with the perfectly functioning AC. (Keep that in mind I had perfect AC before they tore my dash apart to fix the airbag recall.) I call them and let them know that the tech must have either not plugged something back in or pinched something since I have a noticeable issue with my AC all of a sudden. I am assured they had nothing to do with it and to just bring it in for service. I do. The first phone call starts with them asking me to sit with a salesman to trade my car in for a 2019 since it is in high demand. LOL!!!!! Not going to happen, I do not need a $70,000.00 car to drive to work. I am told by William in their service dept that I need $1200.00 worth of a condenser replacement and an expansion valve replacement, also. That phone call shocked me. How did we go from perfect air to this? I told him no and to get it ready for pickup. When I get there he explains it’s a no charge invoice but that they had to top off the AC gas since it was slightly low but found no leaks. I get in, I drive away, and have hot air blowing. I call William and ask why. He explains that the condenser and expansion valve need replaced and that’s why it stopped working. So now I went from something is strange about how my AC cooling to NO AC at all. I ask around for mechanic recommendations and a buddy at work recommended Scott’s since his father-in-law has used them forever and trusts them. I take it to Scott’s and not even a full 24 hours later I have a working AC system again for $60 bucks. Turns out there was NOTHING WRONG with the condenser or the expansion valve and when they checked the system it had no freon gas in the system…..ZERO!!!! Scott’s filled the system checked for leaks and found NONE!!!! They were extremely honest about everything they did and everything they did not find since I explained what happened to the car at Lincoln. They have gained a customer, no doubt in my mind. The whole crew over there took great care of me and seemed very interested in what I was going through. Scott’s did recommend getting Wallace Lincoln to pay to have the dash taken off to find out what they did to the damper system since they feel there is something wrong with that but we know how that will go. Wallace Lincoln will not return any of my calls about this mess but yet they still continue to call begging me to trade my 2011 in for a brand new one, even sending me mailers begging me. They have definitely lost a customer and I will never step foot on their properties ever again. Scott’s will continue to get my service needs for years to come. Thank youScott’s!!! More
