I have been purchasing cars for almost 50 years and have never dealt with a finance rep who was as pleasant, gracious and knowledgeable as Donald!! Sales rep Marquis was top notch and extremely patient in explaining everything to me as there is a lot of tech in the new vehicles!! This shows that the manager, Rich , runs a great dealership with a wonderful experience for his customers!! Highly recommend!!! More

They’re responsible to deal with however at checkout they charge a ridiculous $900 fee for them to complete their paperwork. The moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Bakr. He made me feel at ease and less apprehensive about buying a Kia. He showed me some photos, told me about the car and I really liked the green one. We took a nice drive and I was sold. Rafael was great in financing and really helped me there. Then I went to a nice young man from Puerto Rico who set up all the computer work, my phone, everything. Everyone worked as a team. Wallace Kia is a wonderful dealership. I have never had a dealership, in all my years of buying cars, that ran so smoothly. Thank you all! More
