Chuck needs an assistant because he’s clearly spread too thin. Now I have another door handle issue & wishing there was somewhere else I could go. Tried calling service department, no answer & then a recording that hangs up without connecting. Love my Tuscan but I cannot recommend buying in Stuart if that’s where you’re going to have to get it serviced. More

The advisor actually argued with me not to use synthetic oils because he didn't "buy" into them. I've asked for the factory recommended service more than once and was told my car needed nothing. A quick look in the owners manual proved otherwise. I knew taking my car there with a small issue was most likely a waste of time, and I was right. They "couldn't duplicate the problem". The problem happened as we were leaving the parking lot. The simple fact is this; the sales department was great. The service department just simply does not care about their work or their reviews. I'm leaving this review just to hopefully give others a heads up. Buy a hyundai. Even buy it from Wallace. Just find a different dealer to service it. More
I took it in for the service manager to look at a warrantable item which the service manager Chris would not honor the Hyundai warranty. I then filed a complaint for retaliation against Wallace Hyund warrantable item which the service manager Chris would not honor the Hyundai warranty. I then filed a complaint for retaliation against Wallace Hyundai with Hyundai America. When I picked up my car there was a long scratch like someone keyed.my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. David Messinger and the service manager will not repair the scratch that happened on their property while the car was in their possession. This is very alarming and they are all corrupt and dishonest. They even retaliated against me by stating that they will not service my vehicle. The VP Rusty Wallace will not stand up and look into this but Allie a corrupt and dishonest person to handle this knowing that it is covered through the warranty. Please do not do business with Wallace Hyundai or any dealership of the Wallace Automotive Group. They are a patent example of dishonest corrupt and vindictive people. More

The worst treatment ever received from a service representative since purchasing cars (30) years ago. He basically called me, identified himself, then questioned did I run over something, seem to ac representative since purchasing cars (30) years ago. He basically called me, identified himself, then questioned did I run over something, seem to accuse me of intentionally damaging my vehicle; stated the damages are over 5k; that I need to call my insurance since it isn't covered under warranty. When I asked him to please calm down because I was overwhelmed and didn't understand what he was saying, he could care less. At no time did he even try to explain the damages. I had to contact (2) other employees because of the treatment I received just to figure out what is the actual damage and what I can do. It is a sad day when a car is brought in by a customer who is seeking help because something is wrong with the car, then questioned why is the vehicle damaged. If the customer damaged the vehicle, why would the customer take the vehicle to the dealership it was leased from? More
"You need a new tire. No, I don't" Supposedly there was a puncture in the sidewall of my right front tire and it couldn't be fixed. I needed a new tire he said. $230.00 plus mounting and balancing. This i a puncture in the sidewall of my right front tire and it couldn't be fixed. I needed a new tire he said. $230.00 plus mounting and balancing. This is a new car, by the way. I said I'm going to see what someone else has to say. The tire store manager told me there was no puncture in the sidewall, but there was a screw in the tread. They simply plucked it out!! NO DAMAGE TO THE TIRE!! They also asked if I was from around here as locals know of the reputation of this service center and they stay away. I called twice and left a message for Tony. I told him that I was pissed that he was trying to rip me off to the tune of nearly $300.00. No reply, but I'm not surprised. It was only after that that I looked up the Wallace Hyundai reviews. Shoulda looked it up sooner, but at least I still have my money and my practically new tire. The reviews confirmed that this place is a royal rip off. They still haven't rotated my tires, but I don't trust them to touch my car; or even wash it! This isn't over. What's wrong with management that they have so many problems continually?? More
