I am retired Navy and really appreciate someone going the extra mile for others! I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies t extra mile for others! Eventually a service manager contacted me to say we had options to resolve the situation with final answers coming from a warranty decision outside of Hyundai. Rating is so difficult as I can't fault the customer service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back co service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back correctly or the service tech made such a mess draining the oil that the end result was when parked on my driveway it dropped about a cup's worth of oil overnight. I had to bring it back to have it looked at a second time. Not only did this impact my schedule, I now have additional expense to clean up my drive way. On the positive side the service manager was able to get me right in the following morning, for which I am thankful. I will likely be going somewhere else unless there's a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter in the mail and some acknowledgement of the additional cost in time and money their poor service has resulted in. More
