Rating is so difficult as I can't fault the customer service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back co service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back correctly or the service tech made such a mess draining the oil that the end result was when parked on my driveway it dropped about a cup's worth of oil overnight. I had to bring it back to have it looked at a second time. Not only did this impact my schedule, I now have additional expense to clean up my drive way. On the positive side the service manager was able to get me right in the following morning, for which I am thankful. I will likely be going somewhere else unless there's a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter in the mail and some acknowledgement of the additional cost in time and money their poor service has resulted in. More
We had an issue with our Service department rep lying to us about work that was supposed to be done to our car and was never done. In the past, we have purchased or least five Vehicles in eight years. Whatever happened to the customer always being right, especially when we have receipts and text messages from his employee to back up our case. The supervisor needs to be fired . I could go online and get an appointment within 4 weeks. I'm now dealing with an issue that has been going on for several months. The parts come in and they can't get me in for 2 months. Customer Service is rude! I can't get return calls! I try to get a hold of a manager and they won't transfer me. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! More
