i am so disgusted with this place now after being a customer for over 10 years of wallace dealerships and buying over 15 cars in the past. it all began the way i was treated the other day when i brough customer for over 10 years of wallace dealerships and buying over 15 cars in the past. it all began the way i was treated the other day when i brought one of my cars in (2012 Hyundai elantra) in for service and after pulling up in the bays i must of sat there waiting for stan to get of the phone laughing away with someone while he shoulda been out there helping the other customers that were waiting there that day. so after waiting for a while my car got in and then about another 2 hours later my car comes out and it looks like someone took it through mud! so that was it for me i told all of my clients tat i deal with to never shop at wallace ever again and now i cant wait to get rid of my two cars from wallace now and which they are being traded in a.s.a.p at another dealership! if you want good service and you want your car to be treated professionally then defiantly don't to to wallace! More

I purchased a brand new vehicle from wallace hyundai about two weeks ago. When i went in there for the first i was approached by a complete loud mouth sales person named dirk gilbert. after a few days o about two weeks ago. When i went in there for the first i was approached by a complete loud mouth sales person named dirk gilbert. after a few days of negotiating with him on the price of the vehicle everything worked out good. when it came to sign papers Dirk spoke about the vehicle and what it had in it and one of the things that i heard him say (FOUR) times is that it has a feature called bluelink and this feature is something that i loved so im thinking that i really had this great feature. so after having he car for about a week and a half im wondering how i set up this blue link option. so i went on hyundai usa.com and i signed up for it and after going through the whole process it says on the screen after i put in theVIN number that my car does not have that accessibility so i went to the dealership and went to Dirk and told him that my car doesn't have that you claimed it had. he replied "ohh i never told you it had that you didn't spend enough money to have that feature. you were too cheap and decided not to spend the extra money to have it.so i told dirk that something must be done about this and i want what i was told in the beginning that i had. he then went and had a melt down and started yelling and flipping out that its too damn bad that you don't have it and he told me that i should have bought from somewhere else. its so ironic that now that i purchased the vehicle and he got his money his whole attitude changed and he wants nothing to do with me. So i guess these are the type of unprofessional people that this dealership hires. i will never buy another vehicle from there again nor will ever recommend any of my friends,family and clients. anyone that purchases a vehicle from this place just keep in mind that they will act like your best friend and then after you purchase a vehicle from them they will want nothing to do with you. but on the other hand the service department is great but defiantly not the sales area.
