My 1st Leasing Experience My experience was overall good. I was not given a copy of my credit score, It was just showed to me. Not sure if that is standard practice because I don't have another experience to compare to but I've heard they are supposed to give me a copy. Other than that it was a good experience. I worked with 2 gentlemen, due to me returning early and my original guy was with someone else, but both Sami and Shaun were very helpful. Waiting for finance took a bit long but once I was in with the guy who helped me (don't remember his name) he was very helpful in walking me through each paper I signed. Receiving my vehicle from the service department also took a very long time. But, once I received it, it was sparkling and had a full tank! They even installed my alumni plate frame for me, nice addition!!! Over all experience was good! More
Registration validation My 2017 leased Sonata was missing a cargo net, the only way I knew this is because I was turning in a 2015 and knew of this feature. They replaced it My 2017 leased Sonata was missing a cargo net, the only way I knew this is because I was turning in a 2015 and knew of this feature. They replaced it when I returned to the dealer. My time at the dealership was exceptionally long, as the registration individual delayed me because the leased car I turned in was registered in another state, therefore it took a longtime to validate. It was partially my fault, because I only had the paid receipt for the registration, but the current up-to-date registration tag was on the plates. Since I was trading in the leased car, I thought this burden of registration proof should be the dealers concern and not mine. More
