I did test drive two different ones, but just didn't like any of them. When I walked passed the Genesis, well, I knew then what I wanted. My salesman was able to switch gears immediately. He could answer every question I had about the SUV's AND the Genesis. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. Neither the salesman or finance officer ever made me feel like I was making the wrong decision, i.e. are you sure you don't want extended coverage. In the past I felt like I was made to feel like I had to buy a lot of extra warranties. I was offered, I declined, we moved on. GREAT experience. More
