Rating is so difficult as I can't fault the customer service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back co service as they were excellent, but the quality of the actual mechanical service received was poor. Either the oil plug or filter was not put back correctly or the service tech made such a mess draining the oil that the end result was when parked on my driveway it dropped about a cup's worth of oil overnight. I had to bring it back to have it looked at a second time. Not only did this impact my schedule, I now have additional expense to clean up my drive way. On the positive side the service manager was able to get me right in the following morning, for which I am thankful. I will likely be going somewhere else unless there's a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter in the mail and some acknowledgement of the additional cost in time and money their poor service has resulted in. More

This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Had a phone conversation with the sales manager Cameron at 3 in the afternoon confirming they had the two vehicles that I wanted to see dealt with. Left work early and drove 35 minutes specifically to this dealership arriving by 5 pm. I was told to ask for a sales manager and they knew I was coming because I expressed I did not want to waste my time driving there if the cars weren’t available. He assured me they were. I arrived at 5 pm and was given a sales person who put me on a golf cart and drove me around in the rain looking for the car instead of going to see if he could find it first. After looking for a while he told me it wasn’t available and I’d have to come back. I told him that I just spoke with someone 2 hours ago and they told me to ask for the sales manager so maybe they knew where the car was, and with that he got up and went into the manager box and told them he already told me the car isn’t there but I’m demanding to speak to a manager (loud enough for me to hear him in the waiting area). I explained that’s not really what happened, and the manager Tom explained that’s he was a melodramatic sales man . Pretty unprofessional all around; but long story short, both cars are in the service area and now that it’s AFTER 5:30, they can’t get them out. So I drove 35 minutes in the rain and got there a half an hour early only to be told that by the time the incompetent sales agent had figured out where the car was, we couldn’t see it. More
We had an issue with our Service department rep lying to us about work that was supposed to be done to our car and was never done. In the past, we have purchased or least five Vehicles in eight years. Whatever happened to the customer always being right, especially when we have receipts and text messages from his employee to back up our case. The supervisor needs to be fired . BUYER BE WARE! BAIT & SWITCH! This was the most painful 6 hour car buying process my husband and I ever experienced. Selected the car we wanted online and was tol BAIT & SWITCH! This was the most painful 6 hour car buying process my husband and I ever experienced. Selected the car we wanted online and was told one price, when we got there was sold a different “new” car with 5k miles on it for a significantly increased price. Sales reps and managers were rude, condescending, and deceitful. We were desperate so felt forced to proceed with the transaction but 100% regret it. Sent a wire transfer for the down payment which was “lost” for a few hours, was told we would be compensated $750 for the high mileage on the “new” car we were purchasing which never happened, and was sold a vehicle with a faulty horn almost resulting in an accident. RUN AWAY from this dealership and go anywhere but here! More

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my brand new Palisade Limited! This was my first Hyundai and I feel confident I will re-lease with them when this one is up. This dealership is shady beyond belief! I came in wanting a Santa Cruz. I wanted the Limited trim level. They didn't have any on the lot in the color I wanted. They never mentioned they had some at their dealership in Stuart (I never knew about the dealership in Stuart. I would have gone there!) While negotiating trade-in price of my car, they refused to give me my keys back when I wanted to walk. We weren't close on price and they held me hostage. They kept coming back to with different trade-in values and doing the shady routine of playing with the numbers to make it look like I was getting a good deal. I knew better, and kept asking for my keys and they refused to let me leave. We spent the better part of 1 1/2 hours on the trade-in and trying to walk! After talking to the manager, came to agreement on price of trade-in on my car. They then added a stipulation I could only choose from what was on the lot in Fort Pierce. I picked out an XRT, since a Limited was not on the lot in my color (they really could have gotten one from the Stuart location!) I asked when the XRT was delivered to the lot, they said "last week". As I was driving back home to New York a week later, I found the steering wheel and whole car to shake when I stepped on brakes at speed. I took it to dealership in New York and they said brake rotors are warped and need to be cut. So, I convinced Hyundai corporate to replace the rotors instead of cut them. While I was there, I asked the NY dealer and they looked it up in the system, the car was delivered to Wallace Hyundai Ft. Pierce in June 2023!!! That's not "last week" when I bought the car in March 2024! I was lied to! Now, I'm 1 month into ownership and I'm finding shards of broken glass all embedded in the carpet, under the seats, in the seat folds and cup holder. I never noticed that when I picked it up on delivery day. They didn't disclose the glass was shattered and replaced. This is a shady dealership! STAY FAR AWAY! AVOID WALLACE HYUNDAI of Ft. Pierce AT ALL COST!!!!! More
